Return / Exchange Policy

At Sugar Sugar Bags, your satisfaction is my  top priority.  I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  In the unusual event that you need to return or exchange an item / items please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the product,  and I will give you instructions on how to return the package to me.  Please contact me prior to returning an item.  All baby items are non-refundable, as I am unable to determine whether or not they have been used.  In an effort to provide the highest level of quality to all of my customers, I have to keep it this way.  You will receive your items clean and brand new, and this policy is in place to assure you of this.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to ship the package back to me in a proper box.  Please do not send back in an envelope as the item could get damaged.  The item must be in its original condition including tags.  A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment after determining that the item is unused and undamaged. 

Shipping for the exchanged item is also the customer's responsibility including any amount due if the item is a different price.  Please understand that personalized products are non-refundable.  Please make sure that you double check spelling on custom embroidery items as you will receive exactly what you submit to me.
